Delivery

 

We ship all our UK parcels between £0 and £159 via the Royal Mail service and between £150 and more via courier service. We also ship internationally Airmail.

 

Using a courier service: To avoid any possible delays, please provide a contact telephone number and an address where you are sure that someone will be available to receive the delivery.

If no-one is available to receive your order and it cannot fit through the letter box or can be left with a neighbour then you will be charged for re-delivery.

 

 

All UK orders over £70 will receive free standard delivery.

£2.95 Orders between £12 and £50

£3.95 Orders between £50 and £70

 

EU Orders:

£5 Orders between £0 and £12

£8 Orders between £12 and £50

£12 Orders between £50 and £70

 

 

Worldwide Orders:

Free United Kingdom delivery returns.

 


We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and despatched.

Orders typically take between 1 and 4 days to arrive.  If an item is out of stock or requires personalisation then delivery may take up to 28 working days. If the is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.

 

Returns

 

Thank you for shopping with us we hope you JOY your purchase but in case you want to return it, we are pleased to offer a refund or exchange on any of our items returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the items still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

If you need to return an item you have 14 days (28 days for international customers) from the day you receive your order in which to send it back.

If you have bought early for Christmas then please note that you have extra time as follows:
Christmas Returns Deadline:  UK Orders 14th January - International Orders 28th January.

Please note, items returned to us in an unacceptable condition, used or opened will not be refunded. The item should not have been used or worn (other than to try on). Nightwear please try on over your normal underwear to check for size.  It should still have the manufacturer tags fixed to the garment and it should be returned with the original packing.

Please include a note with your order number, copy of your order confirmation or invoice, contact telephone number, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

 

Recommendation
We have no responsibility for return items lost  or damaged in the post.  We therefore recommend your return item should be sent with insurance cover to avoid financial loss should the item be lost or damaged in the post.   Ordinary UK post (with proof of posting) will cover you for value up to £39.  Items of higher value should be sent by Special Delivery.  Overseas customers should check with their local postal service for the appropriate service.  Overseas customers are also requested not to return items via courier as this might result in an attempt by the courier to charge import duty; in which case we will refuse delivery and the item will be returned back to you.

 

We speak English, German and Polish, so you can write in those languages.
